We concentrate on a defined scope rather than trying to do everything. Our activities cover tyre retreading; the installation, repair and servicing of engines and turbines (excluding aircraft, automotive and motorcycle engines); and the installation, repair and maintenance of general-purpose machinery.
Every job starts with understanding the equipment and how it is used. We look at its condition, the demands placed on it and the realistic options — repair, restoration or planned maintenance — and agree the scope of work with the customer before we begin.
Restoring rather than replacing is often the more sensible route. Retreading, for example, gives a tyre casing further service life, and well-planned maintenance helps equipment stay reliable and economical to operate.

Services
From giving worn tyre casings a new tread to installing and maintaining engines, turbines and machinery, our services are organised around three registered areas of activity.
Retreading gives worn tyre casings a new tread so they can return to service. Our process covers inspection of the casing, preparation of the surface, application of new tread material and final checks before the tyre is released.
Installation of engines for industrial applications, carried out with attention to positioning, alignment and connections, and finished with start-up checks so the engine enters service as intended.
Diagnosis, repair and scheduled servicing of engines. We identify the cause of a fault, replace worn or damaged components and check performance, so the engine can go back to work with confidence.
Inspection, maintenance and repair of turbines to help sustain performance and reliability. We assess condition, carry out the necessary work and report back on what was done and what to watch in future.
Installation of general-purpose machinery: positioning, levelling, connection and adjustment, followed by functional testing, so new or relocated equipment starts work correctly.
Repair of faults and planned maintenance for general-purpose machinery. Regular attention to wear, lubrication and adjustment helps reduce unplanned downtime and keeps equipment working as designed.
